MULTI-FAMILY REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGER

 

Multi-family Housing Development company seeks Asset Manager.  Accounting Degree with 2+ years experience in general accounting and a minimum of 1 year real estate accounting.  Position will monitor and analyze the operations of 30+ affordable housing projects.

 

Qualifications Include:

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        YARDI experience a plus

·        Understanding of Operating Statements, Rent Roll, Budgets, Benchmarking and Audits

·        Understanding of Real Estate measurement tools such as NOI and DCR

·        Ability to translate agreements into spreadsheet models

·        Effective communication skills and project management skills

·        Strong MS office skills, with an excel proficiency
