Overseeing operations for several multi - family properties including operating capital budgets, supervising site staff, coordinating with owners, ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple proj. timelines. Daytime travel 1-2 days a week. Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting +3 years related experience required.
