Asset Manager opportunity- Leading Real Estate Investment Firm – LDN based recruitment
JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is a leading US private equity firm / asset manager with over $8billion AUM. They currently are and have been very active in the market and as such are looking for bring on an individual with a real estate asset management background to join their team in London. The focus will be primarily on UK real estate across primarily the commercial sector, with a lesser focus of retail properties and to a lesser extent will focus on Europe. They are currently recruiting for a real estate professional well versed in the UK high end property market with 5-8 years experience coming from a reputable institution. You will be getting the opportunity to work with a number of very experienced professionals well versed in the real estate investment space
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 5-8 years experience in managing high end UK real estate.
• RICS qualified
• Strong financial acumen
• Hardworking professional
• Strong educational track record preferably coming from top University.
• Team player and personable character
