Asset Manager recruitment
The primary responsibility for the position will be to assist a senior manager in proactively managing a regional portfolio of conventional commercial mortgage assets and ensuring compliance with both financial and non-financial loan agreement terms. Specific responsibilities include all loan servicing activities from point of funding through maturity with functions ranging from new loan set-up, lease and rent roll reviews, financial statement analysis with covenant compliance testing and mortgage loan data management.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and possess a strong work ethic. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of real estate, finance or accounting experience. Knowledge of valuation software (i.e. Argus) is a plus.
