The Role
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will be preparing analyses of various investment options. You will be participating in the property budget and strategic planning process and conducting evaluation on key tenant's growth prospects; business outlook. You will be compiling property information to conduct analyses and performing market research.
Your Profile
You have about 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity. Exposure to retail properties in the region will be preferred. You are numerical and have good understanding of real estate terminologies, including financing arrangement. You are strong in Microsoft Excel and Argus. You have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
