Asset / Portfolio Manager
Asset/Portfolio Manager – Our Client is a leading Real Estate Private Equity business who has a need for an Asset/Portfolio Manager to join the team. The business invests across all asset classes in Europe. Over recent years they have taken advantage of investment opportunities in the market and are continually seeking further opportunities. The Role:
- Preparing asset management recommendations, performance analysis and client quarterly reports/presentations.
- Responsible for asset repositioning strategies, creating and executing property plans.
- Responsible for creating and delivering the appraisal and business plans for each asset/portfolio.
- Identifying asset management opportunities.
- Producing appraisals on a variety of projects to ascertain the effect on the assets cash flow based on various assumptions.
- Responsible for reporting to investor and joint venture partners on asset and strategic performance.
The Person:
Please only apply if you are a Qualified Surveyor. You will be experienced in repositioning and adding values to assets, please do not apply unless you have worked within an investment management or turnaround businesses. You should have excellent communication skills and ideally speak a second European language. The chosen candidate will have excellent excel and presentation skills but able to look at the tangible asset and strategically enhance the performance.
