Asset Servicing Manager recruitment
The Asset Servicing Manager will be managing one of the teams within Asset Servicing reporting to one of the Senior Managers in Asset Servicing. The manager will be responsible for running one of the streams in Asset Servicing and managing up to 5 people onshore.
The main aspects of role include work allocation flows, day to day running of the function, training and development of staff including 1-2-1 and regular team meetings and client relationship management are also key elements.
The processing role is to book all Corporate Action entitlements within the risk systems for both optional and mandatory events. Performing the front to back processing role comprising of notification, data capture, instructions, bookings, and SAR Reporting/Controls.
Requirements:
• Graduate calibre with considerable banking operations experience
• Experience of managing an Asset Servicing stream or comparable technical role
• Knowledgeable of process re-engineering, implementation planning skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
