Your tasks consist of:
* Administrative support
* phone coverage, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, reserving conference
rooms, expense processing, travel arrangements, onboarding / off boarding processing,
preparing letters etc.;
* Monitoring, updating and tracking various internal initiatives and projects;
* Taking minutes for group and team meetings;
* Organizing paper and electronic databases and files;

Your knowledge:
* Previous Experience
* Strong people skills, a high degree of initiative, a positive attitude, great organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and an ability to anticipate needs
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Expert oral and written German AND English language skills
