A permanent position for an Assistant Accommodation Manager for a leading student accommodation provider has arisen in Nottingham. The role is to assist the Accommodation Manager in the day to day management of the accommodation site and associated services. This is a busy and varied role that will encompass tenancy administration, marketing including social media, meeting the needs of the students, development of student social activities, building management and other ad hoc duties. The role is very hands on and focused on providing first class customer service. The Assistant Accommodation Manager will also be required to participate in the out of hours emergency on-call rota.

As the successful assistant Accommodation Manager you will have good staff management skills, be able to demonstrate you ability in adapting to the student environment but most of all possess excellent customer service skills. A relevant BTEC or equivalent qualification would be desirable but above all you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, be highly motivated and have a commitment to high standards and providing first class customer service.
