DIRECT BUDGET HOLDERS ON COMPLEX FINANCIAL MATTERS
This organisation provide a comprehensive range of community physical and mental health services for residents of Northamptonshire. They serve a population of around 700,000 people living in the districts and boroughs of Corby, Daventry, East Northamptonshire, Kettering, Northampton, South Northamptonshire and Wellingborough and employ around 4,000 people, operating from a number of sites within the county.
They are currently keen to find an experienced Management Accountant to join the team. In this position you would be providing assistance and advice to budget holders on complex financial matters including variances to budget. You would be ensuring that there is a robust forecasting process in place, provide detailed costings to senior finance management and assisting in preparing the year end financial accounting.
It is essential that you are CCAB part-qualified with at least two years demonstrable experience working in a management accounting position where you have had experience in advising and supporting budget holders. You will need to have a methodical approach, be highly analytical and have an enthusiastic and confident approach. Experience working in the healthcare sector would be advantageous.
