• Full time - Temporary
Malouf Pharmacies is currently seeking an Assistant Accountant with a minimum of 12 month accounts experience for a temporary role of 3-4 months which may lead to a permanent position.
Reporting to our Financial Controller, the key duties of this role include, Assisting the Group Accountant with Management Accounts, Accruals, taxation work papers, Stock and Sales Reports, BAS, Fixed Assets, and other adhoc tasks. You will also be responsible for Inter-entity charges, accounts payable and processing for three entities.
Our ideal applicant will be fast and accurate with data entry and have a good understanding of accounting procedures. The ability to work to strict deadlines as part of a team is very important.
Experience with using Microsoft Excel is essential and Sybiz accounting package experience would be an advantage.
