Assistant Accountant - Leeds- £18-21,000 + Bens
My Leeds based client, is looking for someone to join the business as an Assistant Accountant. Working in a multi-disciplined role you will cover a number of areas. The duties will primarily include purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, cash allocation, payroll and reconciliation work. There will be elements of job costing work and the responsibility to deal with expenses. You will have strong numerical and communication skills, an ability to deal with both finance and non-finance staff while working to tight deadlines. You must have previous experience in a similar position, there is scope to develop if you were interested in progressing your careers, potentially through AAT studies.
