THE ROLE:
This role is a maternity cover for a minimum of 8 months, it is a key position in a close knit team, and will be an integral cog in the accounting function. You will have broad duties surrounding financial and management accounting.
Within this highly sort after role, in this attractive industry you will be directly reporting to the Finance Director.
Responsibilities include;
- Monthly and ad hoc financial and management accounting procedures.
- Preparation and posting of journals, preparation of profit and loss and balance sheet
- Fully managing the general ledger.
- Fixed asset reporting.
- Full management of debtors and creditors.
- Bank reconciliations and foreign currency transactions.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Previous experience of 2 years within a similar position.
- High energy and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills are essential and you will need to be able to adapt to an ever changing environment.
- Immediately available and open to contract roles.
