We’re currently looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join the Victoria Harbour project finance team. The responsibility of this role is to assist in general ledger maintenance, GST reporting, management reporting and forecasting, and the settlement process for our residential and commercial developments. This role also requires the co-ordination of the accounts payable/receivable process for the project and supporting the accurate and timely coding and processing of invoices.
Bring with you a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent, focusing on Accounting, previous accounts and administration experience, with a basic understanding of a broad range of accounting and financial principles. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a high attention to detail. Your excellent customer service, ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will also be key. Intermediate Excel skills are essential while experience using Oracle will be advantageous.
