Assistant Accountant Required recruitment
Responsibilities will include:
• Monthly Weekly Bank Reconciliations
• VAT/PAYE/RCT Returns
• Reconciliation of the Debtors Creditors Ledger
• Invoicing for a number of different entities
• Weekly Cash Flows
• Monthly Expense Reconciliation
• Other Adhoc reporting in the day-to-day running of an busy accounts office
• Budget vs Actual reporting to different managers.
• Property Facilities Mgmt Reconciliations..
• Month End Procedures
• Billing administration
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- A strong knowledge of Excel, Sage 50
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Previous experience working in the property management industry is an advantage.
