My client, a leading investment bank is looking for an assistant to the Business Continuity Manager to develop and deliver practical business continuity programmes. The successful candidate will work alongside and build partnerships with key support groups and the business area representatives. Support the BCM in managing the development and maintenance of business continuity plans in line with Enterprise and local regulatory requirements.
Candidates will have experience of working in a BCM function within a major global financial services organisation:·
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Highly motivated self starter who can lead complex projects, facilitate discussions and negotiate positive outcomes
Detailed understanding of Capital Markets trading environment and business processes
Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Applications required to support a Capital markets environment
Professional industry qualification such as MBCI, DRII or equivalent
