Greensborough Plaza is a major shopping centre to the north-east of the Melbourne CBD, with a cinema complex and over 190 specialty stores together with Coles, Hoyts, Kmart, Target, Harvey Norman and Rebel Sport Greensborough Plaza has been servicing the local region since 1978.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to assist in the general management of the centre, managing the delivery of the best outcomes for retailers, stakeholders, and the community. This role is the perfect opportunity to progress your career in shopping centre management and it is considered a training ground for the position of centre manager.
We want to see your extensive experience in shopping centre management and your ability for building strong relationships with the local community and all stakeholder groups, especially with centre retailers while gaining insight into their business needs. You’ll have excellent knowledge of retail leases legislation and good financial reporting and budget management skills.
