Assistant Client Services Manager recruitment
Role responsibilities
To provides sales support client services to the Retail and Institutional businesses of the organisation
- Effectively and efficiently manage each client interaction from first contact to resolution
- Liaise with other departments within the organization as well as affiliates relating to matters such as client inquiries, problem resolution, account setup, agreements, client reports, product information /updates/launches/mergers etc
- Manage and co-ordinate the completion of Request for Information /Product and or Due Diligence questionnaires
- Manage multiple inbound/outbound client support chanels; i.e. telephones, email, website, faxes and mails
- Prepare, collate and or disseminate timely reports, product updates and notifications to the clients/business partners
- Support and or assist Sales and Investments team in the preparation of presentation materials and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Experience / Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5 years of client services and investment funds related experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Enthusiastic team player and self-starter with ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook proficiency
- Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct proficiency
Preferred:
- Knowledge and experience in asset management industry
- Broad-based understanding of asset management business including operations, compliance and investment services
