Assistant Client Servicing Representative
A boutique Investment group are looking to add a Client Servicing European Operations Representative to their expanding business. You will be represent the Client Servicing department in the UK and Europe.
Salary – Competitive
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Liaising with and working alongside the Marketing Team for Prospect/Client presentations.
- Dealing with general client/consultant enquiries by letter, e-mail or telephone.
- Assisting with the administration process.
- Ensure the Marketers and Fund Managers have all relevant documentation / Client Presentations required for existing and potential client visits.
- Liaise with Clients on Anti Money Laundering documentation requirements.
The suitable candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Good understanding of UK/Irish AML documentation.
- Educated to A-Levels or equivalent including a business or economics related subject.
- Client servicing experience in Financial Services.
- Transfer Agency experience / Database experience / Basic Accountancy are preferred.
