Assistant Company Secretary – Global Hedge Fund recruitment

This is a busy and demanding role which would suit an experienced administrative professional with a good knowledge of the financial industry. You will be an excellent communicator with advanced MS Office skills and ideally prior experience supporting at board level within a similar firm. Candidates must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritise an extremely varied workload. Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure when engaging with senior management is essential.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting the Company Secretary with preparation of documents, agendas and detailed reports for internal and external meetings.

• Accurately taking minutes for several senior management meetings, and ensuring that action points are followed up on.

• Diary management; scheduling and organising meetings, interviews and travel itineraries for the Company Secretary and team.

• Production of comprehensive documentation for members of the Board of Directors, including briefing papers, progress reports and complex presentations.

• Assisting with co-ordination of Company events.
