Assistant Compliance Manager – Global Insurance Player recruitment

An insurance market leader is looking for an ambitious candidate to provide compliance advisory services for their business

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be fully responsible for:

• Reviewing publications in relation to the retirement / pension business
• Providing advice to MPF/ORSO service providers and to ensure their practices are in accordance to the relevant regulatory requirements
• Providing training and issuing guidelines to promote any new MPF regulatory requirements updates
• Conducting transaction testing to identify compliance risks and to recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations
• Maintaining good rapport with MPFA and SFC and attending regular meetings with the governing parties and other services providers

The Successful Applicant

You will be a University Graduate holding a degree in audit or business related preferred with at least 3-5 years’ experience gained within an insurance compliance function.  Being an important team member, you will possess sound knowledge of MPF or ORSO products and have strong communication, analytical and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is essential.
