Assistant Consultant – Global Business Immigration Services recruitment

The Global Business Immigration Services team provides and manages a range of business immigration services to multinational clients who send employees and their families to work and live in another country.
We are seeking Assistant Consultants to join our team based in our London office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administration and technical support to our clients across the following key areas:

- General Administration

- Daily work allocation

- Organise and prepare client seminars and client meetings (produce agendas and good quality power point presentations etc)

- Manage and sort client target lists

- UK Inbound Immigration Research and advice to clients regarding variety of immigration application

- Completion of immigration application forms and covering emails / letters for manager review and submission to the UK Border Agency

- Gathering and entering of data on the Home Office's Sponsor Management System

- Scan and file all relevant documents into an electronic format and our proprietary technology tools

- Ensure timely completion of relevant emails / Sponsor Management System entries

- Invoice preparation

- Global Immigration

- Completion of business visa application forms for submission to the appropriate Embassies/Consulates in the UK

- Data gathering and preparation of basic advice to clients on global matters

- Liaison with global immigration network to gather information required to respond to client's needs.

- Articulate / good written and verbal communication skills

- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point Time and task management skills to ensure effective work scheduling

- Role requires someone who is methodical organised

- Ability to take responsibility and keep records of tasks performed

- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills - ability to multi-task

- Ability to meet / set deadlines and work under pressure

- The ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at various levels and in various locations

- Effective team player

- General ability to perform a range of administrative duties

- Legal background preferable but not compulsory

- Educated to Degree level.
