Assistant Contact Centre Manager

Our client are a market leader in their field and due to expanded growth they have created a new role within their growing contact centre for an Assistant Manager.

Overseeing a team of around 15 advisers currently and working closely with the contact centre manager, you could be very hands on with making sure that the team achieve their KPI's. You could be motivating each advisor to hit their individual targets, working with them to develop their sales skills further as well as producing regular reports for the manager.

It could be that you are also involved in any recruitment needs as well as deputising for the manager on their days off.
Working Wednesday to Sunday over shifts up to 8pm, you could be managing the team for three of these days independently.

Thats why we are looking for someone who has management experience from a sales environment. If this is also a contact centre then that would be highly beneficial. Someone who is bright and bubbly with an outgoing personality who works well in a vibrant team and who wants to develop further.
