Assistant Credit Collections Manager
This assistant credit manager job is responsible for overseeing the daily workloads and work rates for 12 credit collectors in a profitable business. You will help and mentor the team, identifying and implementing relevant and appropriate training programmes to keep pace with changing business requirements. Maintaining optimum inbound and outbound call levels, and ensuring all staff are working at maximum efficiency, reporting in to the head of collections on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Reporting into the head of collections, this job will support in the effective management and control the day to day operation of the credit control Team. You will support the head of collections in all aspects of the credit process and ensure company compliance with the group credit policy on risk exposure and debt collection.
You must have experience managing staff, alongside operating as a credit controller, and excellent communication skills.
