Assistant Director

As the Assistant Director you’ll contribute to the delivery of our analytical capability to support CIB’s debt and product strategy. Working closely with stakeholders across the business you will deliver efficient capital allocation, drive the performance of debt and related product and enhance our understanding of risk, costs, returns and profitability. You will gain a broad understanding of the strategic agenda and have the opportunity to support and work closely with other parts of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and areas of the CIB and Group.

SPM is responsible for building and delivering the strategy for CIB Portfolio Management and contributing towards the delivery of the wider CIB (and Group) Strategic Agenda. The role will be a key contributor to building new levels of competence to optimise our financial performance in a more demanding regulatory environment, as well as playing an essential part in developing and improving our reporting and monitoring capabilities across CIB.
