Assistant Director, Mezzanine Fund
This leading mezzanine fund is looking to add an Assistant Director to their team. The fund is a leading provider of mezzanine debt, structured debt, leveraged finance and other debt products to corporates and private equity funds and has an impressive track record in both expansion capital, buyout capital refinancing and development finance.
The Assistant Director will work on the origination and structuring of deals on a pan Eurpean basis. Day to day this will involve preparing investment proposals, structuring deals, leading credit analysis, arranging the finance, technical management of the investment process though to portfolio work.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- senior associate/ assistant director/ VP level pofessional
- currently working in leveraged finance, mezzanine finance, corporate lending, private equity
- strong deal experience and great familiarity with the UK and European debt markets
