Assistant Director of Nursing Services
Mill Run Gardens and Care Center
This position is accountable for nursing compliance, excellence in delivery of resident care in adherence to local, state and federal regulations; managing and directing the nursing staff; review and ensure proper resident charting procedures and documentation; ensure appropriate equipment, supplies and resources are available to staff; and to performs other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates must have:
· Current licensure to practice as an RN in the State of Ohio
· Three years management and supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility
· Must be knowledgeable in State and Federal laws as it relates to Skilled Nursing facilities
· Strong knowledge in the area of MDS and Compliance
· Geriatric nursing background
· Restorative care philosophy
· Proven leadership and managements skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
