Assistant Director of Physical Plant Operations
Full-time, 12 month, Supervisory position. Lake Land College. Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the campus physical plant and grounds. Will supervise staff and outside contract work on facilities. This position will assist the Director of the Physical Plant Operations. Associate degree required plus specialized training or working knowledge in facilities maintenance, electrical, industrial and/or mechanical systems. Prefer at least 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, building mechanical systems or construction, including personnel supervision.
