Innovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a RN to serve as the Assistant Director of Professional Services for their  Hospice agency located on site in their upscale retirement community in Chandler, AZ.

The Assistant Director of Professional Services is a registered professional nurse who is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the RN Case Managers as well as the operational support for the Director of Home Health Professional Services (DHHPS). The Assistant Director of Professional Services is responsible for the delivery of services across care teams, ensuring care is coordinated as ordered, complying with company standards as well as state and federal guidelines.

Must have (3-5) years experience in Hospice management.  Three (3) years experience as a professional nurse with two (2) years administrative/supervisory experience.  Registered nurse in the State with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Has excellent observation, good nursing judgment and communication skills. Understands principles of pain/symptom management. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel. Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
