Assistant Director, Portfolio Management, Scotland

This is an opportunity for a forward thinking individual, who is looking to expand on their customer facing skills and take responsibility for a wide variety of tasks, whilst working on a challenging portfolio.
To be successful in the varied but challenging role you'll have:

• Customer contact / relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant bank systems, processes products and an appreciation of the economic and financial outlook.
• Work with limited supervision on routine transaction execution activity.
• Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands to meet multiple deadlines.
• Good credit awareness skills; ability to co-ordinate the credit process and construct credit papers.
• Good risk assessment, monitoring and control skills in a broad range of customer situations.
• Developed knowledge of the Bank's credit processes and policies.
• Developing interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills.
• Good at analysing financial information.
