An excellent opportunity for an ambitious recently qualified accountant to join RBS’ highly successful Structured Finance business.
This role involves providing comprehensive support for the execution of transactions originated by Structured Finance. In it you will work alongside a deal leader to prepare Credit papers and all associated activities, including the production of high quality financial analysis and cash flow modelling. You will also pay a key role in contributing to the effective project management of deal processes, interfacing effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed, you will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of credit risk and debt structuring and an ability to identify appropriate transaction structures on a deal-by-deal basis. You will also need the ability to interact effectively with due diligence providers to ensure that reports are fit for purpose and demonstrate a detailed understanding of Basel2, RAROE, RWA IoRWA.
Possessing a sound understanding of credit risk and debt structuring and an ability to identify appropriate transaction structures on a deal-by-deal basis, you will have a strong understanding of financial statements, an ability to analyse often complex financial information and strong financial modelling skills.
