Assistant Director with lead advisory background recruitment
A top rated corporate finance advisory based in London's Mayfair is looking for a very strong Assistant Director candidate to join their growing London team.
The successful candidate must have a minim of 3-5 years post qualification experience in corporate finance lead advisory backed up with a very impressive deal list. They have a well established name in the market priding themselves within the mid market relationship driven advice. The areas they cover are:
· Acquisition Support
· Business Disposals
· Management Advice
· PLC advice
· Debt refinancing, Restructuring and Strategic advice
· Valuations
The individual must have one of the following details to be able to apply for the position:
· Qualified ACA from one of the top accountancy firms.
· Excellent technical and modelling skills.
· Experience in PE sponsored deals ideally with the market value of 100 to 500 million.
· Excellent client relationship skills and ability to interact on a social level.
· Excellent academics with a 2.1 or higher obtained from a top rated University or equivalent.
· UK Tier one working visa.
