Responsibilities

 

·         Assist with the communication and flow of deliverables for all accessories boutiques

·         Work closely with the Event Producers and collaborate with art directors, copywriters, designers, photographers, stylists, and imagers to ensure all Boutique creative assets represent the look and feel of the brand.

·          Ensure all deadlines (production of styles, creation and building of site and email assets) are met in time for each Boutique launch.

·         Work with the Event Producers and vendors on post-event follow up, including customer service and fulfillment.

·         Ensure accuracy and consistency of all brand assets throughout the production process.

·         Nurture a strong understanding of the brands and assortment for each Boutique through conversations with sales team and vendors as well as online research.

·         Work with the Event Producer to develop event briefs and information sheets to convey the essence of each brand to all team members.

·         Create purchase orders for boutiques.

 

Education and Experience Requirements

 

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         3-4 years experience

·         Merchandising experience in accesories or related area a plus

·         Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills

·         Self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, has solid project management skills and can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to work with diverse clientele in a team environment essential

·         Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
