Assistant Export and Trade Finance (50-80%) recruitment
In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and organizing internal and external meetings and training workshops
- Handling and running a cost centre and performing tasks such as verifying invoices
- Organizing travel arrangements for business trips
- Handle administrative tasks for team heads and The Head of Export Trade Finance
Requirements for this position include:
- Approximately three years previous experience in an Administrative/ Assistant role
- Strong communication skills (Fluency in English and good command of German)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Satisfactory knowledge of finance advantageous
