Assistant Finance Director
This is a Public Sector organisation based in Basingstoke is and heavily involved in support services.
This role will be the understudy for the Finance Director and able to deputise when necessary, therefore you must of worked at a senior level, have breadth of technical knowledge and be able to oversee all aspects of financial management, control and treasury.
Key areas of responsibility will be;
Leadership, Annual Accounts, Treasury Cash functions, Internal Audit Risk Management, Internal controls and Assurance Framework, Business Planning Budgeting and Financial Systems.
CCAB Qualified with a rounded accounting experience and general tax and VAT knowledge.
You will be a strategic thinker who can fully engage in the whole business and not just the numbers with the ability to take ownership, balance delegation and a have a hands-on approach.
