Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager
My client is one of the recently listed REITs, who have got an overwhelming response from the investors. They are currently seeking an highly performance oriented hands on finance accounting professional.
The ideal candidate will be covering preparation of all the statutory management reports And he/she will also be actively conducting analysis of financial performance of its subsidiaries.
Strong understanding of FRS, tax and SGX regulations is desired for this role.
Besides above you will also be actively involved internal control, development, reporting templates and processes, maintenance of research projects.

Requirement:
- Degree in Finance Accounting or related disciplines.
- 3-6 years' of practical experience including work experience in real estate fund/REIT/property developer or similar set up.
- Strong co-ordinator team player
- English Chinese mandatory to liaise for business purpose
