In this interesting position you have a broad role. You support the CFO of the dutch branche. You also have the responibility of the purchase order system (SAP) and assists the Controllers (4)in providing them with relevant financial data.
Functie-eisen
-Processing, forwarding and tracking of Invoices to -Headquarters.
-Verifying and administration of expense reports.
-Supervising AP AR
-Setting up Oracle reports.
-Assisting financial business controllers
-Assisting with BTW and CBS reports.
-Assisting with Monthly Reports for Business Intelligence.
-Agenda Management for the CFO.
Monitoring E-mail traffic for the CFO.
