The Role
The role oversees accounting and tax functions of a group of companies, including preparing audit reports, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards; and statutory and tax regulations. The incumbent will participate in evaluating prospective investments, including working on business and market analysis; reviewing and monitor financial performance of investment portfolios and perform due diligence on prospective investment and handles MA documentation.
Your Profile
For eligibility for this role you must at least have 4 - 5 years experience in financial accounting and funds investment background. Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline. Good communication and good understanding in FRS and audit techniques.
