Assistant Finance Manager, Upstream recruitment
Brightoil Group currently has interest in sales, storage of oil and petrochemical, terminal loading/unloading, marine bunkering, land marine transportation, petroleum exploration, gas station bunkering services. With its fully integrated up and down stream businesses and a complete supply chain network, it provides strong support to its customers and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain full set of accounts and perform reconciliation of receivables, payables and bank balances and ensure monthly closing by stipulated deadlines
• Analysis financial performance, manage forecasts including but not limited to preparation of management reports
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to enable the company to function effectively within the legal and corporate framework
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent and government bodies to prepare the necessary finance documents
• Role reports into Finance Manager, Singapore
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting and associate member of ACCA
• At least 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Energy industry
• Experience in handling full set of accounts and consolidation
• Experience in Upstream oil gas accounting and SAP is preferable
• Familiar with International oil gas Joint Ventures accounting preferable
• Familiar with Singapore accounting systems and tax regulations
• Bilingual in both written/spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
