Assistant Finishing Foreman
OVERALL PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
Support finishing foreman in quality of workmanship and closing the units.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare documentation of units for finishing foreman. Collect all customer extras, special drawings and colour selections.
Assist finishing foreman in completing quality assurance inspections as per Minto's specifications and guidelines.
Assist finishing foreman in making sure all deficiencies recorded on inspections sheets are resolved on time.
Assist finishing foreman in providing turnover files that includes all relevant materials to MasterCare dept. prior to closing for each units.
Other related duties as deemed necessary by management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements:
Post secondary diploma or equivalent work experience
Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bilingualism is an asset.
Computer skills required.
Basic construction knowledge
Other requirements:
Valid driver's license
Personal vehicle required
