Assistant FM Contract Manager

An Assistant FM Contract Manager - Soft Services is sought by a leading facilities service provider. The Assistant FM Contract Manager - Soft Services would be based in Central London.

The role of the Assistant FM Contract Manager - Soft Services is to take responsibility for the delivery of front of house and soft services for a portfolio of corporate client's; ensuring that a customer focused approach is adopted throughout the on-site Front of House and soft service teams and that the clients expectations are exceeded.

The key accountability's of the Assistant FM Contract Manager (Soft Services) will be to:
- Manage the day to day soft service operations including front of house, switchboard, facilities helpdesk, security and cleaning across a portfolio of corporate clients
- Maintain a close and constructive relationship with the client.
- Upward communication to the client on matters concerning the delivery of services.
- Provide monthly reports to senior management.
- Promote best practices in all facilities areas of responsibility.
- Performance management of the team with a particular emphasis on motivational management and team building.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring that the buildings are compliant from a fire, health safety and legislative perspective.
- Deliver both soft services with a particular focus on customer service and front of house services

The successful the Assistant FM Contract Manager (Soft Services) will have the following skills and experience:

- Will ideally have a hotel or hospitality background with recent commercial experience within a corporate office environment
-A track record of supervising and leading a front of house / facilities team.
-Team leadership with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent communications and organisational skills.
- Experience of working for a service provider and supporting a multi-national client
-Operational facilities experience.
