Assistant General Manager, Equities
Review and supervise the evaluation of corporate proposals by ensuring compliance with relevant securities laws, regulations and guidelines, and manage cross-functional projects, developmental works and other regulatory matters.
- A strong first degree in Finance/Accounting/Economic/ Business or Finance/Accounting-related Professional Qualification or equivalents
- At least six (6) years’ relevant working experience in corporate finance
You should also have other general requirements such as:
- Strong understanding of capital markets and relevant technical areas
- Appropriately high proficiency in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as sound judgement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a diverse team
