Assistant General Manager sought for The Chapel Grille, a 450-seat fine dining restaurant located in Cranston, Rhode Island. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five year’s management experience at a similar venue and thorough knowledge of all aspects of restaurant management. Extensive bar supervision skills, training experience, and familiarity with the Aloha point-of-sale system and Open Tables reservation system are preferred. Other standard requirements include knowledge of opening and closing procedures, ability to generate and analyze financial statements, management of cost centers, inventory control, and guest relations.
