Assistant General Manager, Market Surveillance
Lead, supervise and manage overall supervision of Bursa market surveillance function and thematic surveillance to ensure SC fulfils its statutory duty in maintaining fair, efficient, secure and transparent securities and futures markets and to facilitate the development of an innovative and competitive Malaysian Capital Market
- A strong first degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, Business or equivalents
- Has good practical knowledge on the capital market and its products.
- At least twelve (12) years’ working experience including exposure to capital equity market or financial industry
You should also have other general requirements such as:
- Strong understanding of capital markets and relevant technical areas
- Appropriately high proficiency in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as sound judgement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a diverse team
