Assistant Head of Finance – Systems recruitment
It’s a chance to get your teeth into reviewing and developing our systems and processes, the launch of updated financial regulations, and the change in the RCN statutory accounting period.
A member of the senior finance management team, you’ll act as the key point of contact on procurement, PAYE, and the development and maintenance of all finance-related policies. At the same time, you’ll lead and develop a small finance systems team focused on ensuring excellence within our finance system and online authorisation software.
Your recognised CCAB accounting qualification will be matched by experience in a variety of finance functions at a management level. Skilled in leading successful finance projects, you will bring extensive knowledge of current accounting regulations. What’s more, you will have a flair for developing and reviewing accounting systems, processes, and policies.
It’s likely you have a proven track record of supporting the implementation or development of a finance system. You’ll definitely need a sound technical understanding of computerised finance software and spreadsheets together an enthusiasm for new exploiting developments in technology.
