Assistant House Manager - Full Time
Responsible for the day-to-day administrative aspects of the management and operation of a group home providing therapeutic services to children/adolescents. Requires: High school diploma and 5 years experience working with children/adolescents that are emotionally disturbed and behaviorally challenged, BA level professional with 1 year of relevant experience preferred, excellent follow up skills, valid driver’s license/good driving history, good communication and organization skills, prior supervisory experience a plus. Salary: Low $30s, Schedule: 5 days per week, 2pm – 10pm, one day includes a Saturday or Sunday shift.
Clinical Case Management – Full Time
Responsible for providing clinical and case management services to children/adolescents living in a group home setting. Responsibilities include: providing individual, group and family therapy, creating/maintain both clinical and case management charts, conducting assessments/screenings, maintaining and documenting regular contact with DYFS, schools, families and any other approved contacts, and providing consultation and training to youth care staff as needed. Requires: MSW or MA with a minimum of one year experience, appropriate licensure – LSW or LAC, Clinical license preferred – LCSW, LPC or MFT, strong clinical and communication skills, valid driver’s license/good driving history, ability to be flexible with schedule to accommodate evening and weekend appointments with caregivers when needed. Salary commensurate with experience and credentials.
