This administration role involves working alongside the Legal Compliance Manager to read, evaluate risk, log and negotiate contracts across the International Group. Previous legal work experience is beneficial, as is experience in the recruitment industry. To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following key attributes:-
- Attention to detail - a consistent eye for detail is essential as dealing with contracts is a key area; missing a crucial clause can expose the business to risk
- Fast learner - the successful applicant must be able to accurately pick up information and processes quickly in order to progress
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - due to the nature of this role and its fast paced, results driven environment, the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise conflicting workloads whilst managing key stakeholder expectations is key
- Communication - the successful applicant will be required to communicate effectively and build key working relationships. The ability to influence and obtain stakeholder buy-in is essential. Applicants should have a high level of written and spoken English
- Persuasion - a strong ability to persuade and influence is a key attribute needed by all applicants
- Commitment - you must be a driven, self motivated individual and committed to taking full ownership and accountability for your role to ensure delivery to the Group
