Assist manager with total P/L of Selma Mall and Satterfield Plaza with specific responsibilities to include specialty leasing goals, preparing annual budgets and monthly reports, supervise contract security and facility programs and other contracts, tenant relations, community relations, public relations and advertising.
Required Skills: Ability to interpret financial statements, collect rents and code receivables, coordinate events and communicate with merchants and the public. Successul candidate must be available to answer emergencies on a 24 hour seven day per week basis.
