LOCATION - EDINBURGH (CITY CENTRE)
SALARY - £18,000 (PLUS PROGRESSION)

Our award winning retailer is looking for an ASSISTANT MANAGER to make a difference and ensure that our customers receive the exceptionally high level of service that lies at the heart of our brands philosophy by leading, inspiring and developing their team.
- As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager you will take full responsibility for the commercial results and the leadership and motivation of your team to perform and also develop to their full potential.
- Your ability to plan appropriately and attend to detail will ensure the smooth running of the store, whilst your initiative and commercial acumen will deliver further improvements to ensure that both customers and staff receive the best experience.
- Your customers expect the highest levels of service and will enjoy the experience that you and your team provide.
- Supporting the Store Manager, you will take responsibility for driving the success of this store, you will lead, motivate and manage a team of staff, creating a positive environment, where everyone feels fulfilled in their role.

Well to start with, you need to be an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager, with a background in Fashion, Shoe's, Clothing or lingerie.
- Delivering exemplary customer service will be second nature to you, along with the desire to instil the same in your team.
- You will be commercially aware, with strong leadership skills and the understanding to continually strive for excellence.
- Personality is the key to success in this role - you will have a true passion for retail and will be fun, lively people that people genuinely enjoy working with.
- Do you live or work in one of the following areas: Edinburgh, South Queens Ferry, Broxburn, Bonnyrigg, Dalkeith, Musselburgh.
You must currently be in one of the following roles: Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Store Manager, Senior Store Manager or Branch Manager.
