Assistant Manager
My client is a leading Building Society based in Glasgow City Centre.
They are looking for an Assistant Manager, to work between a Branch Manager and the customer service associates - spending most of their time dealing with Mortgages within the business.
You must be fully CeMap qualified (1,2,3) and be comfortable (with a proven track record of) working to Sales Targets.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience of coaching/supervising staff to move into a formal managerial role.
